Catalyst-coated membranes (CCMs) and membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs) form the electrochemical core of PEM fuel cell and electrolysis stacks.
By supplying hydrogen and oxygen from the ambient air, they generate a continuous power output. We develop and manufacture state-of-the-art CCMs and MEAs based on our proprietary technologies and production processes.
Our product range stands out for its exceptional performance, application-optimized precious metal content, and a design engineered for durability and reliability under real-world operating conditions. Our CCMs and MEAs are used in on- and off-road vehicles, mobile and portable devices, as well as in electrolysis systems.
Moreover, our CCMs and MEAs can be individually tailored to meet specific customer requirements—such as stack size, stack design, or operating conditions. This flexibility enables our customers to bring their products to market more quickly.
We support our customers from the prototype phase through to high-volume production, implementing a wide range of customized designs along the way.
Drawing on the APQP process established in the automotive industry, we scale our products in close coordination with our supply chain management, product development, process engineering, and quality teams.
Our robust fuel cell and electrolysis technology, combined with years of experience, form the foundation for reliably meeting even the highest demands for longevity and durability.
The precious metal used in our products can be almost entirely recycled. At the same time, our suppliers are actively working on solutions to make PFSA-based high-performance ionomers reusable—whether through recycling, reprocessing, or downcycling.
We select our suppliers and raw materials worldwide with the utmost care to provide our customers with best-in-class products.
