Freedom for personal and professional development, exciting opportunities for creative input, and healthy, safe workplaces—whether in the office, in production, or remote.
In addition to the collectively agreed 37.5-hour workweek, we offer an attractive flexitime model. Employees not working in shifts can work flexibly between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. There are no core working hours—only availability times coordinated within individual teams. Shift work is organized in alternating weekly early and late shifts.
Coffee, water, and tea are of course available free of charge in all common areas. Our locations are supplied daily with healthy and varied meals that are not only fresh but also prepared with seasonal ingredients (including vegetarian and vegan options) from regional suppliers—and subsidized by the employer.
In addition to the regular salary based on the collective chemical industry agreement, all employees covered by the agreement receive both Christmas and vacation bonuses as well as the collectively agreed future allowance.
We also offer a discount program with attractive price reductions on products and services from well-known providers.
To positively influence workplace health and sustainably create healthy work environments, our Company Medical Service is available to all employees for regular preventive check-ups, consultation appointments, first aid in case of workplace accidents, as well as for the prevention, assessment, and treatment of work-related illnesses.
We keep an eye on the individual abilities of everyone who works with us and encourage personal initiative. We provide space for modern and agile working methods as well as for professional and personal development — for example, through leadership training, team coaching, or learning management systems, including our internal academy.
Employees manage any overtime or undertime independently thanks to time tracking and a working time account. In addition to 30 vacation days, there is the option to take additional leave and flex days. Depending on the area of work, the role can also be performed part-time or from home on specific days.
Greenerity operates as a team – which is why we involve all our employees in the company’s success. This bonus is paid out at the end of the financial year depending on target achievement and can amount to up to two monthly salaries in the collective agreement area. The employer’s contributions to pension schemes can also be tailored to individual preferences.
Free parking spaces and pool vehicles are available at all locations. Each employee has a designated workplace at one location, but there are also shared workstations to enable personal interaction across sites.
Everyone is welcome here – regardless of gender, age, origin, nationality, religion, disability, sexual identity, or orientation. We foster respectful, appreciative, and open communication across all levels of hierarchy, and even address management on a first-name basis.
Good work deserves to be celebrated. We take time for this during summer and Christmas parties, site openings, project completions, or shared sporting achievements — for example, at the City Run or basketball tournament.
As part of the Toray Group, Greenerity employees have access to a corporate benefits platform that features attractive brand offers from a wide range of sectors.
